Michael Reynolds is a Business Technology Executive at KeyBank, where he leads the Intelligent Automation organization, overseeing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), low-code development, and GenAI-powered solutions. Since 2019, his teams have delivered more than 600 automated business processes, with KeyBank’s digital workforce now performing the equivalent of 500 employees’ worth of work.
A recognized thought leader in hyperautomation and artificial intelligence, Mike is a frequent industry speaker and a two-time recipient of the KeyBank Chairman’s Award, as well as the Mike Cozzens Inspiration Award.
He has been instrumental in advancing KeyBank’s automation and digital transformation strategy, including the growth of its OutSystems low-code platform and the integration of AI-driven capabilities across the enterprise.
Before joining KeyBank, Mike held technology roles at Hallmark, Sprint, Intel, AT&T, Step1 Technical Training Group, and GoldBank. He holds multiple degrees and remains a lifelong learner with a current focus on horticulture.
