Paul Davis is the founder of Bank Slate Consulting, an advisory firm that spans strategic planning, core banking vendor selection, board governance, and bank-fintech partnership strategy. He is also the creator of The Bank Slate, a media and research platform covering banking, fintech, and financial services strategy. With more than 25 years of experience working at the intersection of financial services and technology, and media, Paul brings a practitioner's perspective to the intersection of technology, vendor strategy, and institutional performance.
