Terry O'Neil is the Head of Connected Commerce for Citi Retail Services and Head of Strategic Partnerships for Citi U.S. Personal Banking. In this role, Terry expands and redefines Citi's suite of point-of-sale financing capabilities to drive growth for Citi and its partners. This includes the expansion of Retail Services' embedded payment capabilities with the launch of the Citi Pay family of products to boost loyalty and engagement with merchant partners' customers. He also leads the Strategic Partnerships team for U.S. Personal Banking, operating across Citi to identify, design, and onboard relationships with leading Fintech partners creating innovation and transformational solutions across payments, lending, and digital banking.
