Yossi Leon is the Chief Technology Officer at FIA Tech, where he leads Engineering, Technology Operations, and Connectivity for the firm's post-trade technology platform serving the global listed derivatives industry. With more than 25 years of technology leadership experience, including over 15 years in fintech, he specializes in building large-scale financial infrastructure and driving technology transformation across capital markets.

In addition to his executive role, Yossi is an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where he teaches graduate courses in FinTech. His curriculum explores technologies transforming financial services, including digital payments, APIs, cloud computing, blockchain and digital assets, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, regulatory technology, algorithmic trading, and financial market infrastructure. Yossi is also an active member of the NY CTO Club and a frequent speaker on fintech innovation, technology strategy, and the future of financial services.
