Dr Anouk Honoré is a Senior Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, a world leading independent energy research institute based in Oxford, UK. Anouk is an expert in gas market fundamentals, with particular emphasis on European gas demand. Her research at OIES also focuses on the role of gas in the energy transition, energy and decarbonization policies, and the development of biomethane in Europe. Anouk is the co-author of the OIES Quarterly Gas Market Review. Before joining the institute in 2004, she worked at the International Energy Agency (Paris) on natural gas issues. Dr Honoré holds a PhD in Economics. Her OIES publications are publicly available on the OIES website at www.oxfordenergy.org
