From his early roles at Sheetz to a 17-year tenure at Wawa, where he was part of the team that led the company’s expansion into Florida, Peter’s leadership has helped shape the growth of some of the industry’s most successful brands.

In 2020, Peter co-founded Neon Marketplace, a private equity-backed, food-forward convenience concept, before launching Convenience & Energy Advisors (CEA). At CEA, Peter’s mission is clear: to not just advise, but to research, build, operate, and fully manage the solutions that drive results for convenience retailers.
