Ansgar advises on M&A transactions as well as corporate and antitrust matters of the Axel Springer Group. He also navigates new regulation, such as the Digital Markets Act, including new challenges posed by AI. In previous roles, Ansgar was Director Legal at Zalando SE and principal associate at Freshfields. He is also a lecturer for regulatory law at Freie Universität Berlin and Technische Universität Berlin.
