Boyd Wolffers is an expert in European (tax) law, competition law and FDI law.

Boyd has ample experience with international transactions and advises and represents clients in court and before the authorities on matters such as competition law, state aid law, FDI law, and EU market law. Boyd regularly speaks at international conferences and has published various books and articles on competition law, FDI law, and state aid law. Because he used to work in the Investment Management practice group as both an attorney-at-law and tax advisor, he also has broad experience in the field of investment funds and real estate funds.
