Profile

Henning Rogler studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg. Prior to joining the Division for Investment Screening at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action as policy officer in 2022, he served as counsellor at the Permanent Representation of Germany to the OECD in Paris. Before that, he worked in the field of energy policy at the Federal Chancellery and at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
