Fabio Falconi heads up the Competition & FDI team at Temasek in Singapore providing advice to investment teams on merger control and FDI implications of transactions on a global basis. Fabio also advises on competition law aspects and regularly liaises with portfolio companies for a wide range of regulatory aspects. Before joining Temasek, Fabio worked as a Technical Specialist at the UK Financial Conduct Authority and, previously, in private practice for UK magic circle and US law firms. Fabio holds two antitrust focused LL.M.s and used to be a Visiting Fellow and teach an LL.M. course at Kings College London.
