Attaché at Belgian FDI Screening Committee

I am an attaché at the Belgian Ministry of Economy in the Foreign Direct Investment Screening team of which the Belgian legislation entered into force on the 1st of July 2023. My role is to screen the foreign direct investments in Belgium as well as to coordinate the screening and decision-making of the members of the Interfederal Screenings Commission. Furthermore, I follow up the FDI files of EU member states which could have an impact on Belgium and act as a contact point for the European Commission.

In 2014 I obtained my Master’s degree in the Political Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
