Ondřej Dostal

Ondřej Dostal started his professional career at the Czech Competition Authority where he headed the International Department since 2004. Between 2007-2014 he was the expert of the CZ Permanent Representation to the European Union for competition, state aid and public procurement. In 2015 he joined the CZ major electricity producer ČEZ where he has held the position of the head of the Competition Compliance Unit since 2017. Ondřej Dostal chairs the Competition Section of the Czech Compliance Association, is author and co-author of publications in the field of competition and state aid, and is a competition law lecturer at CZ universities.
