Victor is Public and Regulatory Affairs Manager (Antitrust) and Legal Counsel at Deutsche Telekom AG. He advises the Deutsche Telekom Group’s executive bodies, various business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures on the full spectrum of competition law, including FSR- and DMA-related issues. He reviews and steers antitrust risk in contracts or M&A transactions and handles issues arising in litigations or in proceedings before competition authorities. Further, he contributes to ensuring group-wide antitrust compliance.

Prior to joining Deutsche Telekom AG, Victor worked at a leading international law firm in Cologne (Germany) advising clients on German and European antitrust law. One of his areas of expertise was advising Big Tech clients on digital regulation compliance, particularly compliance with the DMA and applicable national digital regulations.

Victor graduated in 2019 from the University of Cologne (Germany) and was admitted to the Cologne bar as a fully qualified lawyer in 2022. During his legal traineeship (“Referendariat”), he completed placements at the Regional Court of Cologne, the Federal Cartel Office, and the European Commission (DG COMP).
