Submit High-Resolution Company Logo and Company Profile
Submit the following to kristen.mcbride@informa.com as soon as possible.
- High-resolution company logo (recommended files: .eps, .svg, or .ai)
- Brief company profile (100 words)
This logo and profile is for the event website, signage and attendee packet.
Schedule a Call with the Event Planner
To ensure you maximize your sponsorship benefits at Center Store Forum, we encourage you to schedule a brief call with the event planner. This 30-minute conversation will address your specific questions, review logistical details, and what to expect at the event.
Book Your Hotel Room

The group rate is $179 + tax (based on availability), the rate expires on Monday, August 11, 2025.
Register Your Team
Any person who will be onsite at Center Store Forum is required to register for a badge. The deadline to register is Monday, August 25, 2025.

Review Shipping Details
Please review the shipping details page in its entirety to ensure your packages are easily identified at the hotel and can be delivered to your tabletop. The hotel will begin accepting packages on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Place Electrical/AV Order (Tabletop Sponsors Only)
Order Electric and A/V by completing the provided form and sending to Oguz.Pinar@westin.com by Monday, August 25, 2025.
Submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) (Tabletop Sponsors Only)
A COI must be on file by Friday, August 29, 2025. Please ensure your certificate meets insurance requirements.
Submit Retailer Ranking for 1:1 Meetings (Tabletop Sponsors Only)
- You will receive a list of retailers to rank to help us determine your 1:1 meeting schedule. The retailer list will be sent 2 weeks prior to the event.
- A preliminary 1:1 meeting schedule will be available within a week from the event.
- Meetings are scheduled for 15 minutes and will take place at your tabletop.
Retailer Rankings are due Friday, August 29, 2025.
