Her career began in operations at Outback Steakhouse, eventually leading field training across South Texas and the Southeast U.S. She was later promoted to Director of Field Training, based in Tampa, with a specialty in partnering with cross-functional leaders in creating the blueprint for new store openings and relocations
Becky’s passion for food and beverage innovation led her to spearhead product and beverage development for Outback Steakhouse. Today, she leads beverage innovation across all Bloomin’ Brands’ casual dining concepts: Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, and Carrabba’s Italian Grill and continues to lead food menu development at Outback Steakhouse.
