With 32 years of experience at 7-Eleven, Kent has held a number of positions in the Field and at the Store Support Center. His passion has always been in Team Merchandising – the practice of working hand in hand with suppliers to develop and promote products our customers want and need. Kent has managed high-priority teams in Fresh Food – from creating 7-Eleven’s Hot Food category to implementing the Win Coffee program, but his favorite jobs have always been in Packaged Beverages. As the Senior Director of Non-Alcohol Beverages Kent leads a team of 10 Category Managers that manage over $5 billion in sales annually. In 2026 the team has 15 Exclusive beverage launches including the introduction of a new Private Label Soft Drink line, line extensions in Replenish sports drinks, and partnerships with Arizona beverages, C4 Energy Drinks and more.
