Shawn Holmes serves as Corporate Manager of Marketing and Merchandising for R.L. Jordan Oil Company, the family-owned operator of Hot Spot convenience stores throughout North and South Carolina. During his 14-year career with the company, Shawn has helped develop innovative merchandising strategies, impactful promotions, and customer-focused beverage programs across Hot Spot’s 41 locations.

Shawn is honored to accept the Bevvy Award for Best Adult Beverage Program—“The Buzz Builder”—on behalf of the entire Hot Spot team. He credits much of the program’s success to Craft Beer Category Manager Wilton Jordan III, whose passion, creativity, and deep understanding of the craft beer category have helped distinguish Hot Spot’s selection, as well as Beer Category Manager Rob Jordan, whose leadership, industry knowledge, and dedication have been instrumental in strengthening and growing the company’s overall beer program.

Together, their collaborative approach and commitment to providing customers with relevant, exciting choices continue to position Hot Spot as an innovative leader in convenience retail.
