Mitch is the VP of Innovation and Learning at the Museum of Life and Science, with 25+ years focused on promoting innovation and entrepreneurship. Previously, he ran innovation practices at Accenture and Fjord, led an innovation fund for creative firms, and guided policy at Nesta. Mitch has helped drive commercial growth and social impact at companies, non-profits, and government agencies around the globe, re-imagined the future of industries from banking to beer, and worked with firms to help them avoid becoming the next “Blockbuster Video”. He has pushed policies in Europe, drafted resolutions for the UN, and had the fortune to design new services and ventures with some of the most creative minds across the globe. He also is currently the Chair of Audacity Labs, a start-up accelerator for teens, and President of the Museum Computer Network. Mitch holds an MPA in innovation and entrepreneurship policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, an MSc in Technology and Human Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BS in Computer Science from the College of William & Mary.
