Lindsey Goodman is the Director of Consumer Insights at Wolverine Worldwide. With more than 14 years of experience in the footwear industry, Ms. Goodman uses her deep categorical expertise and passion for insights to bring brands closer and more connected to the consumer every day. As the leader of the CI function, Ms. Goodman oversees the projects that inspire a consumer-obsessed culture and catalyze design-led innovation. These projects inform meaningful and successful brand strategies, communication, and product development for Wolverine’s family of brands.
Prior to Wolverine, Ms. Goodman worked for Converse, a subsidiary of Nike, Inc., for 11 years where she was a founding member of the global consumer and market intelligence team. At Converse, she helped cultivate the insights function and executed best-in-class research and analytics to inform critical commercial, product, and marketing strategies. Preceding her career in market research, Ms. Goodman held several roles at Converse in sales, providing her with a foundational understanding of consumer-centricity in business strategy.
Ms. Goodman holds a B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Isenberg School of Management.
