Eric Fleurisson is Managing Director of Bouygues Construction Airport Concessions, carrying the international airport PPP asset management and development of Bouygues Construction, the leading entity of Group Bouygues, France, a diversified industrial group with a turnover of € 35 billion and employing 129 000 people worldwide. Eric Fleurisson has a 30-year experience in the international development of industrial and infrastructure projects under a public-private partnership approach. After heading the New York office of the French Government’s Agency for Foreign Investments and before applying his experience in PPP to airport development, Eric Fleurisson has founded the PPP business of the telecommunication entity of the Vivendi Universal Group, in addition to establishing the first, telco wholesale service operator in Europe developed under a PPP structure while with the Louis Dreyfus Group. Eric Fleurisson seats at the Board of Directors of the international airports of Zagreb in Croatia, Larnaka and Paphos in Cyprus, Iqaluit in Canada and support the Board of the airports of Ivato and Nosy Be in Madagascar, a concession gifted with the global Best Transport Project Gold Award at the 2018 Partnership Awards in London.
