Hesham Saeed is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the Hajj and aviation industry. He is currently the Vice President of Operations at the Ports Projects Management & Development Company, where he responsible for the overall operations of Hajj Terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport.Hesham has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University. He is also a certified Professional Industrial Engineer from the Saudi Council of Engineers and a certified ISO 9001: 2015 Lead Internal Auditor.His previous role as the Assistant Deputy Minister of Hajj & Umrah Services at the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, he was responsible for a wide range of activities, including:•Planning and managing the annual Hajj and Umrah operations•Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Hajj and Umrah sector.•Overseeing the performance of the Hajj and Umrah service providersHe is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in the aviation industry.
