Jody is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group. Her practice focuses on infrastructure, projects and general corporate and commercial law. Jody has significant experience in infrastructure projects in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean, and provides advice throughout the full life cycle of a project, including in connection with project structuring, bidding, transactional matters and ongoing governance, management and operational issues. Recent transactions include advising the majority equity member of the successful team selected by JetBlue Airways to lead the airline’s proposed John F. Kennedy International Airport terminal expansion, advising an equity member of the consortium redeveloping and operating the retail space at Chicago Midway International Airport, advising the developer of the L.F. Wade International Airport Redevelopment Project (Bermuda) and advising an equity member and operator on its successful bid and subsequent management of the LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal B Redevelopment Project.
