Michael Stanton-Geddes joined ACI EUROPE in February 2017. In his role as Economics manager, he is responsible for ACI EUROPE’s activities relating to issues of central importance to the European airport industry, including airport charges, ground handling, competition and state aid. He also coordinates the work of the Economics Committee and associated Taskforces.
Prior to joining ACI EUROPE, Michael held a number of roles at FleishmanHillard (in Washington D.C. & in Brussels) and he has also worked for the World Bank, General Electric and the International Trade Commission.
Michael has a BA in International Relations from Tufts University and an MA in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
An American national, Michael speaks also fluent French, advanced Slovak and has some knowledge of Arabic. When not chasing his two daughters, he enjoys competitive running.
