Minister Feetham’s wide ranging Ministerial portfolio includes Financial Services, Gaming, Taxation and Justice.

Following a very successful career as a leading financial services lawyer in Gibraltar, he assumed Ministerial Office in October 2023 following a GSLP/Liberal Alliance victory in the General Election. He brings with him a vision outlined in his manifesto, marked by ambitious commitments.

This vision includes growing and diversifying the financial sectors in Gibraltar in a safe manner, focussing on enhancing competitiveness and fostering employment opportunities particularly for the youth. He is credited with launching the Connect Hub initiative to support this commitment.

One of his early achievements was his pivotal role in Gibraltar's removal from the FATF "grey list" in 2024.

Minister Feetham is also undertaking a comprehensive review of relevant legislation across his various Ministries and intends to implement a number of far reaching reforms in this regard.
