Sylvie Rodrigues has twenty five years of experience in Luxembourg finance sector, specialising in funds and banking regulations, operations and corporate governance.

She began her financial career in Luxembourg at Clearstream-Deutsche Börse, international project manager & product development. She has set up a fund servicing company or did create a depository bank and Transfert Agent activity from scratch.

Since 2010, on top of her past executive position in CSSF regulated management companies Sylvie holds non-executive directorships in the Luxembourg fund industry (UCITS and AIF funds).

She obtained her master degree in Business Law and post graduate diploma in Business Administration, and speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, French.

Lecturer on Investment Funds at Université Paris-Nanterre (Luxembourg campus) and Certified Non-Executive Director. She is member of ALCO (Luxembourg association of compliance officers) and Lëtzblock (blockchain and DLT association). She is a Luxembourgish resident.
