We will NOT issue refunds for this event. If a conflict arises that prohibits attendance at the event, please notify the Organizer immediately per the instructions below.

Sending a replacement

Please note, The Virtual Passport is non-transferable after September 19, 2023.

Please do NOT update your personal profile page with the name and contact data of the new attendee or register the new person.
