Your Stand
Global Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs Summit will be set up with tabletop exhibition stands for 2025. Exhibitors must not exceed their allocated space. Please be sure to check that your stand will fit within your 3m x 2m space.
The following are provided for all stands free of charge:

One standard power connection ( if you would like additional power, you can order this directly with the venue by contacting Marcel Engelhardt m.engelhardt@PALACE.DE )
Please ensure that you bring any adapters or extension leads which you require for your stand. Informa Connect will not be able to provide these onsite.

Please note:
- Storage of boxes is free of charge one day prior and one day after the event. Before and after this period we will charge EUR 5.00 per box and day.
- Official delivery times are from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. For any other delivery times please coordinate with the hotel.
- Please inform us about deliveries by large transport vehicles (e.g. trucks, lorries) beforehand. Storage of pallets and large shipments is only accepted after consultation. The hotel does not assume any liability for goods or deliveries.
- Kindly note that the usage of the ramp at the loading bay is only for loading and unloading of your goods and equipment to our premises, parking is not available for the delivery vehicles.
- Empty packaging material, crates, pallets etc. cannot be stored at the hotel.
