Diana Shieh is the Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Asset Management at Oxford Properties Group, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping portfolio-wide strategies and driving asset-level value for the firm’s U.S. portfolio. With a keen focus on developing long-term visions, Diana oversees all aspects of asset management, ensuring the continued success and growth of Oxford’s diverse holdings.

Before her tenure at Oxford, Diana served as the global Co-Head of Portfolio and Asset Management at Madison International Realty. In this capacity, she was responsible for a substantial investment portfolio exceeding $8.5 billion in assets under management (AUM). Her leadership extended to supervising Madison Funds V and VII, along with other investment vehicles, which collectively managed over $3 billion in assets. Diana also collaborated with the firm’s offices in London, Frankfurt, and Luxembourg, facilitating the management of the company’s international holdings.

Before joining Madison, Shieh served as assistant vice president at Rockwood Capital for two years, overseeing the company’s New York portfolio. Prior to joining Rockwood, she worked at Shorenstein for six years, focusing on asset management.

Diana Shieh holds a B.A. in English and a B.S. in Economics from Rutgers University, as well as a Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University’s School of Continuing Professional Studies.
