Inna Khidekel, CFA, is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Client Solutions Group at Bridge Investment Group and member of the Firm's Leadership Team. Inna serves on the Investment Committees of Bridge Workforce & Affordable Housing, Bridge Renewable Energy, Bridge Office, and Bridge-Newbury Partners Secondaries. She chairs Bridge Gives and the Bridge to Opportunity initiatives as well as the Bridge Women’s Network Leadership Exchange to advance newly promoted senior women and serves on the Bridge Sustainability & Responsibility Committee. Inna serves as Co-Chair of the PREA Alternative Real Estate Affinity Group and initiated Bridge’s partnership with the PREA Foundation and TOIGO, to support diverse leadership in finance.
Inna is a frequent writer and commentator on the real estate industry and a prominent voice in the industry regarding a private sector solution to the US affordable housing crisis. Her work helped Bridge Investment Group win Social Fund of the Year and UN PRI Real-World Impact Fund of the Year as well as close the largest dedicated Workforce & Affordable Housing strategy in the US. Most recently, she won the REFI US Awards and the Harvard Business School Women’s Rising Star Award and was recognized by Crain’s New York as a 2021 Notable Woman on Wall Street and as a Woman of Influence by Globest Real Estate Forum.
Before joining Bridge Investment Group, Inna worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Investment Management Division, and prior to Goldman Sachs, for Lehman Brothers and then Nomura in their London offices, as a founding team member in High Yield and Distressed Credit. She began her career at Lehman Brothers on a start‐up Emerging Markets trading desk in London. Inna received her Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society New York. Inna serves on the Board of the Harvard Business School Women’s Association and on the Advisory Board of the Jewish Graduate Organization (“JGO”).
