Jeffrey Shuster is a Managing Director and leads the investment activity of LaSalle Value Partners US.

Prior to joining LaSalle, Jeff spent 12 years at Starwood Capital Group where he completed over $6 billion of real estate private equity transactions. His roles included acquisitions sourcing, structuring and underwriting, managing joint venture partner relationships as well as positions in asset management on behalf of Starwood’s Opportunity Fund and Property Trust platforms. Prior to Starwood, Jeff began his career with Bear Stearns in the Commercial Mortgages group where he underwrote over US$2 billion of CMBS debt.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
