Michael is responsible for CPP Investments’ Real Estate investments in North America and is based out of the Toronto office. Michael joined CPP Investments in 2007 and spent 17 years on the Direct Private Equity team in Toronto and London, before joining the Real Assets department in 2024. Prior to joining CPP Investments Michael worked at Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance. Michael holds a BComm from Queen’s University and is a CFA Charterholder. He currently serves on the board of Wilton Re; and was previously a director at Ascend Learning, Acelity, LHP Hospital Group, Waystar, and was a board observer at Antares.
