Pankaj Maharjan

Profile

Pankaj Maharjan joined QuadReal in August 2022. As Vice President, International Portfolio Management, he is focused on portfolio strategy and performance for QuadReal’s international assets.

With extensive global real estate experience, Pankaj brings a valuable understanding of portfolio and asset management to the QuadReal leadership team.

He was formerly the Managing Director, Asset Management of American Hotel Income Properties REIT (AHIP) where he was responsible for the performance of the portfolio, capital planning and overseeing third-party management teams. Prior to AHIP, Pankaj worked for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). As part of ADIA’s Global Real Estate team, he focused on research and strategy, investments, allocations, and forecasting for their global hotel portfolio. Pankaj has also held positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Ernst & Young.

Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
