Randall Rothschild joined Tishman Speyer in 2016 and lead’s the firm’s global debt platform. In this role, Mr. Rothschild oversees Tishman Speyer Real Estate Credit Strategies (“TS RECS”) and the firm’s global debt financings. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Randall was a founding member and the chief operating officer of Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (“BREDS”), where he was instrumental in launching, growing and managing Blackstone’s debt investment platform. From 2008 to 2016, he served in various capacities at Blackstone and was involved in originating, structuring, syndicating, asset managing, and financing commercial real estate debt investments.

Mr. Rothschild has also held senior real estate investment management roles with Merrill Lynch and began his career as an associate in the real estate groups of internationally recognized law firms in New York. Randall holds a BA in government from Georgetown University and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
