Once registered and your registration is confirmed, you will receive an email to book your hotel! We recommend you make a reservation as soon as possible to take advantage of our group rates as the host hotel fills up quickly!
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: If you cancel between today and 6:00pm hotel time on October 31, 2025 there will be no penalty amount. If you cancel after 6:00pm hotel time on October 31, 2025, the cancellation amount will be 100% of the total stay plus any applicable additional charges and taxes. Early departures and now shows (including applicable taxes) will also be charged to the credit card provided.
Hotel Parking: On-Site Parking is a daily fee of EUR 30.

PHOTOGRAPHS AND RECORDING
Unless otherwise stipulated in your speaking agreement, this event will be recorded and a copy of the recording provided to you post event (within 7 working days).
By submitting a speaker's headshot and bio as part of agreeing to speak at the event, you certify that you have permission and authority to provide Informa use of the content submitted via email and within the speaker profile form. You likewise grant Informa the right to use this speaker’s image, name, company name, photograph, voice, likeness (“Image”) and the statements and works in connection with the event provided that Informa does not otherwise alter the content of the recordings or change the tone, tenor or context of the presentation. You acknowledge and agree that all personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Informa’s Privacy Policy (https://www.informa.com/privacy-policy/).

Consent to Official Photography and / or Recording at Events
All unauthorized photography and / or the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited. You consent to Informa Group undertaking multimedia recording of the Event which may include your participation in the Event as a delegate (the “Content”) and you consent to the use by Informa Group of any such recording anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing and other purposes.
