He served as CMO in India, led global marketing and innovation from Dallas, and held key leadership positions in Africa. After being CMO in this market, he became General Manager, Dhruv quickly earned the trust and respect of our African franchisees, becoming a valued and reliable partner. He accelerated growth across markets by deepening franchise engagement, driving asset innovation, and delivering a compelling consumer proposition. His “AfriCAN” mindset energized the team, leading to the strongest sales and profit performance in over a decade.

Dhruv currently holds the position of Managing Director for Europe, Africa, and MENA—three of our most strategically significant and complex growth regions.
