She has a strong track record in leading strategic and digital initiatives, accelerating business growth and shaping high performance & human-enriching cultures in leading QSRs (KFC, Yum!Brands) and FoodTech companies such as Acrelec. She has led global teams and cross-functional projects that bring innovation to life.

Ira holds a Computer Engineering degree from Polytechnic School of Patras in Greece and an MBA from Ecoles des Ponts Business School of Paris, France.
