Art Sebastian leads NexChapter, Inc., a boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping convenience retailers and tech companies navigate change, embrace innovation, and drive meaningful results. With over 25 years of experience in retail and consumer packaged goods, Art is passionate about empowering businesses with strategies that work in today’s fast-evolving market.

Before founding NexChapter, Art spent five transformative years at Casey's, where he spearheaded digital transformation and built the company’s omnichannel marketing organization. Under his leadership, Casey’s launched a cutting-edge loyalty program, a robust e-commerce platform, and a retail media network supported by a world-class technology ecosystem.

Art’s career also includes time at Meijer, where he led the digital transformation as Vice President of Digital Shopping and E-Commerce, and at Kraft Foods as Vice President of Category Leadership. Along the way, he’s developed a reputation for driving innovation and creating customer-focused solutions that deliver measurable growth.

In addition to his role at NexChapter, Art advises tech startups, serves on the Shoptalk Advisory Board, and chairs the C-StoreTEC Advisory Board, a new CSP initiative. He’s committed to sharing insights and building connections to help the industry thrive.
