Profile

Aaron has 17+ years of experience in the life sciences, a blend of both industry and consulting. His career has been built on identifying and communicating value to the payer customer. He has spent the last 8+ years in market access consulting, leveraging his direct payer relationships and intimate knowledge of the space. He is well accomplished in helping innovators developing life-saving products understand their payer landscape, what works for their product, what needs to be changed and how to communicate what matters to their payer customer.

Prior Experience

Before joining Syneos Health, Aaron started two successful market access focused consulting groups, Jupiter Life Science Consulting, most recently. Prior to consulting, Aaron held various roles at Amylin Pharmaceuticals and Vertex helping to lay the foundation for the market access strategies for first-in-class products, eventually moving into an account executive role to communicate directly with payers.
