As Vice President of Clinical Services at Shields Health Solutions, Jen leads the clinical services, training, and outcomes teams. Overall, it is Jen’s role to ensure Shields provides best-in-class patient care that is evidence-based and adheres to external stakeholder requirements. Before joining Shields, Jen was the Associate Dean for the School of Pharmacy – Worcester/Manchester and Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Jen earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and completed a pharmacy practice residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center.
