Dennis is the Central Division Manager – Reverse Mortgage for New American Funding and joined NAF in May 2023.

He is a veteran of the reverse mortgage industry and began his tenure in the space in 2005 with Financial Freedom covering the Southeast for wholesale/correspondent production. He was the National Sales Manager at VirtualBank/Lydian Private Bank, where he built the industry’s first full suite of proprietary reverse mortgage products in 2007 including the industry’s only proprietary product modeled on the FHA HECM.

Past roles for Dennis included MetLife Bank where he oversaw the retail reverse mortgage field expansion into the Southeast and also handled correspondent/TPO sales. In addition, he was a Divisional Manager at American Advisors Group for distributed retail and also a Divisional Wholesale Manager for Liberty Reverse Mortgage for retail and third-party distribution.

Prior to entering the reverse mortgage industry in 2005 he was a securities wholesaler for over 10 years marketing variable annuities and life insurance to financial advisors in the Eastern US. In addition, he has held the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation since 1999.
