Jarr is the Founder & CEO of StayFrank, a residential Sale Leaseback and Home Equity Investment company. StayFrank serves homeowners seeking liquidity outside of traditional financing, deploying flexible, opportunistic capital in an underserved segment of the residential market.

Born in Wisconsin and raised in North Carolina, Derek is based in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Lisa and their 16-year-old twin sons.
