Jesse Stein is the Chief Investment Officer of Nada Holdings (Nada), where he oversees the firm’s flagship vehicle, U.S. Home Equity Fund I, L.P. He brings deep expertise in real estate, digital assets, and other alternative investments across both institutional and technology-driven platforms.Prior to joining Nada, Mr. Stein served as Chief Investment Officer at Everyrealm, where he led investment strategy across its digital asset and gaming funds. He previously held senior leadership roles at Republic, a private markets investment platform, including Head of Real Estate. He also co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer at Compound, a mobile-first real estate investment application that was acquired by Republic.Mr. Stein is the founder of Advanced Fundamentals, a real estate index and derivatives firm that launched the first real estate index futures contracts approved by both the SEC and CFTC. Earlier in his career, he was a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of ETRE Financial (ETRE), a real estate financial services and technology firm. At ETRE, he led the development of a proprietary trading platform for real estate securities, which was licensed to E*TRADE and formed the basis for a suite of REIT indexes in partnership with Nasdaq. He also served on the Board of Directors and held executive roles at ETRE REIT.Mr. Stein began his career as an equities trader and has professional experience spanning trading, real estate investment banking, and fintech innovation. He holds a degree from Cornell University and a Master’s in Real Estate Investment from New York University.
