Jim Riccitelli is CEO and Co-Founder of Unlock Technologies with over 20 years of experience in consumer finance, spanning product development, strategy, management, legal and regulations, operations and business development. Well known as an industry pioneer and leader, Jim spent more than a decade as Co-CEO and President of Unison Home Ownership Investors prior to founding Unlock, where he helped build and launch the original shared equity product. Jim was previously a senior executive at Nomura’s commercial real estate lending and private equity units, and a partner in an Arizona-based residential mortgage firm.
