Matthew Windsor is Deputy General Counsel at Point Digital Finance, and is responsible for regulatory compliance, government and industry relations, and financial transactions. Prior to joining Point, Matt was Associate General Counsel at the Farm Credit Bank of Texas and Senior Counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Matt started his career in financial regulation as an Associate at Mayer Brown, where he advised on banking, consumer finance and securities matters. He earned his BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Pomona College and his J.D. from Georgetown University.
