Peter Heimerdinger is the Founder & CEO of Heimify, modernizing home equity access by integrating fractional Home Equity Investments (HEIs) into traditional mortgage loans. Frustrated by the lack of flexible financing options, he built Heimify to empower homeowners with a debt-first solution—allowing them to access equity on demand without taking on new debt or mandatory payments.

With a background in finance and operations, Peter leads Heimify’s patent-pending financial innovation, bridging the gap between traditional mortgages and home equity sharing. Heimify is collaborating with industry partners to introduce dynamic solutions that modernize lending, reduce payment instability, and create new opportunities for homeowners, lenders, and investors.

A passionate advocate for financial innovation, Peter holds an MBA from Chaminade University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hawaiian Language from the University of Hawaii. He also serves on the Board of Directors for The City of Kapolei Community Association.
