Samantha Batt is a Principal at Blue Owl in Alternative Credit and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, executing, and managing investments in financial services businesses. Within Blue Owl, Sam focuses on structuring programmatic purchase agreements across consumer, commercial, and home equity option contracts. Prior to joining Blue Owl, Sam was a Vice President at Atalaya Capital Management in their Financial Assets Team. Sam started her career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank where she covered the Financial Institutions sector and advised on transactions spanning corporate M&A, and capital markets solutions. She earned a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations with a minor in Finance from Cornell University.
