Allison Ashmore is one of the key founding members of Vista Point. The platform launched in Q1 2019 with a business model to acquire and hold residential non-Agency owner occupied and business purpose mortgage loans with retained risk alignment. With over a decade of sales experience, she brings specialized NonQM and second lien operational and lending expertise to her role. In addition to building and managing the Correspondent division, she is responsible for its overall sales strategy, including business intelligence, and product and pricing development. Allison also oversees the company’s comprehensive marketing program. Since inception, Allison has established meaningful relationships with over 200 delegated and non-delegated lending partners that have delivered over $5.5B in NonQM and CES volume. Her contributions were pivotal in the company’s four CES securitizations totaling over $1B (VSTA shelf). Through providing customized solutions tailored to fit client objectives and operational requirements, Allison targets a specific credit and yield profile.
