Chad Powers is the Head of Dividend Finance and Home Equity at Fifth Third Bank. He leads one of the nation’s top renewable‑energy and home improvement fintech’s in Dividend Finance. He also oversees the bank’s growing Home Equity division, where he has driven significant process and sales‑model transformation that has led to 30%+ growth in the balance sheet the last two years.\

Chad also directs Fifth Third’s real estate platform strategy, guiding the modernization of the mortgage and home‑equity origination and servicing systems.

With more than 25+ years of experience in consumer lending and fintech, Chad is known for connecting business‑process strategy with the right technology solutions. Prior to joining Fifth Third in 2022, he spent nine years at Black Knight and held a variety of roles at Huntington and National City Bank.
