Fabien Thierry is a senior finance and banking executive currently leading the Home Equity business at Citizens Bank, where he oversees the operation of the division, including strategy, P&L ownership, risk management, product innovation, and customer experience. He is responsible for driving responsible loan growth and operational excellence within one of the bank’s key consumer lending segments.

Prior to joining Citizens, Fabien served as Head of Consumer and Small Business Auto Finance at Bank of America. Over 18 years, he held senior leadership roles across consumer lending building a strong track record in credit, strategic planning, and large-scale execution within highly regulated financial environments.

He began his career at Ford Motor Europe, where he focused on sales, pricing, and marketing strategy.

Fabien brings a unique blend of product leadership, operational oversight, and customer driven innovation across both financial services and consumer industries.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Paris Business School
