Joining Curinos in October 2021, Ken Flaherty serves as a Home Equity expert and industry advocate, partnering closely with lenders as a trusted, consultative advisor. In his role, Ken spends much of his time working directly with lending executives to help design and refine home equity products, develop pricing and risk management strategies, and overcome operational challenges that impact growth and borrower experience. By leveraging Curinos’ proprietary Home Equity data and benchmarking assets, he helps clients interpret performance, identify competitive gaps, and translate market insight into actionable strategic plans.

Prior to Curinos, Ken built deep, hands-on expertise during his tenure at Huntington Bank, where he held leadership roles across Product Management, Pricing, Credit and Income Underwriting, and Portfolio Management. In these roles, he was responsible for end-to-end home equity strategy, balancing growth, profitability, and risk while navigating real-world operational and regulatory complexity. Ken also brings the unique perspective of being a practitioner of Curinos’ Lenders Benchmark data, using it firsthand to inform product design, underwriting policy, portfolio performance, and strategic decision-making.
